Intern/Working Student: Project Management Office/Technical Support Battery storage & PV (m/f/d)
The advertised position is for our subsidiary in Berlin: EDF Renewables Storage Deutschland GmbH. We offer this position either as internship for six months or as working student for 12 months.
Through innovative energy services and the use of photovoltaic and battery storage systems, we support industry as well as commerce in their efforts to operate energy efficiently and save energy costs. Our partners at the local level include municipal utilities, grid operators and innovative commercial and industrial companies.

In our team you will have the opportunity to learn how projects evolve from an idea to a running operating system. You can take over responsibilities from the very beginning and your ideas will be more than welcome. You will support the execution of on-site Storage and PV power supply in energy intensive industries.
Your tasks
- Photovoltaic and battery system design, permitting and construction support
- Take over configuration tasks of the electrical system
- Challenge the complexity of technical codes and standards to transfer into safe operation in the electrical systems of our clients
- Support of construction managers on site in Germany, assisting firsthand the construction of energy systems.
Your skills and experience
- Ongoing Master level / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a major in Electricity / Automatic Control / Programming
- High affinity for complex technical topics will be an advantage
- Good command of German and English (French would be a plus)
- Hands-On mentality, eye for detail and proactive thinking, outgoing and comfortable in team working
